The steering committee formed to explore possible Wild and Scenic designation for the Crystal River met yesterday to create a some direction and goals for 2013.  It was encouraging to see so many function details, and a corresponding sense of positive momentum, worked out. 
We’re looking forward to hearing from the community: landowners, business owners, interested folks, and everyone else.
